Soooo.... this is cool!

So, over the weekend a friend that was visiting from out of town and I went to see the "Angel Oak." This tree is located about 20 minutes from where I live and is thought to be the oldest living thing in the south east of the US. They believe it is about 1400 years old! It is amazing! The tree limbs are so big that is parts they grow into, and then back out of, the ground. And as you can see the trunk is huge! Wider then my arm span! Anyways.... I thought I would share!

Grandma Great got word of an vacancy at the Haun Hilton

Grandma Great is moving to South Carolina. We got the final word from her doctor and grandma Haun is moving to the Haun Hilton. We're all in a hustle to get the "Bama" room cleared out and get new furniture for her room.
Phil's having a little bit of a time loosing his "Bama" room, but I think he will adjust!
Looks like she will be arriving around November 18 - 19. Marsha is busy getting things taken care of in Pa. and believe me there is a lot to do. Dentist, doctors, pedicures, insurance etc.
Grandma has never lived anywhere else her whole life and we're really hopeful that she will adjust. The warm weather should surely help.
Watch for updates on the room changes!
